SURE 5.0 was a project funded by the European Commission under the Horizon Europe programme, which aimed to support SMEs from the Civil Transportation (MTA and aerospace & defence) and Electronics ecosystems, to integrate in their manufacturing processes the industry 5.0 principles, in order to become more human-centric, sustainable and resilient.
Over the three years of the project, SURE5.0 launched two Acceleration Programmes designed to guide companies in their transformation. More than 50 European SMEs were supported via 2.6 million euros in cascade funding. SMEs could also benefit from 5.0 assessment reports, open webinars, individual road maps, tailored services as well as networking and peer-learning events.
