The TRIREME project (“Digital & Green Skills Towards the Future of the Mobility Ecosystem”) is an Erasmus+ Blueprint initiative (running from March 2024 to February 2028) that brings together a consortium of industrial, educational, and social partners across Europe. Its aim is to support the green and digital transition in the automotive-mobility ecosystem by enhancing skills intelligence, fostering collaboration, and developing scalable training programmes accessible across European regions.
TRIREME addresses the re-skilling and up-skilling of over 14.6 million workers in the European mobility-transport-automotive ecosystem, with a focus on SMEs.
- GO1: Skills Intelligence – Map sector needs and existing training offers.
- GO2: Cooperation – Build strong networks between industry, academia, and social partners.
- GO3: Sustainability – Ensure long-term use of results through alliances.
- GO4: Dissemination, Exploitation & Impact – Share results via campaigns, events, and policy support.
- GO5: Training Content – Develop updated curricula and new occupational profiles.
- GO6: Training & Intelligence Delivery – Provide high-quality, regionally adapted training.
- GO7: Strategy & Roadmap – Define future scenarios, trends, and sector strategies.
GO8: Continuing Vocational Training – Create programmes covering EQF levels 3–8 to meet urgent and emerging skills needs.
